Flat Bread with Roasted Red Peppers

The other night Dusty made a really good flat bread. It had roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese, pineapple, jalapeno and garlic parmesan crust....So good. Just thought I would share.

ASDOH Graduation 2010

June 12th was graduation for ASDOH class of 2010, every year it is sad to see people go, but I am so happy and proud of my friends that I have made.

For my friend Lauren's Graduation party they had a friend that ownes a house formerly owned by John Wayne himself...this place was awesome and soooo far North Scottsdale we didn't even have cell phone reception. Dusty had to work so I rode up with a friend, good thing because we need one driver and one navigator. Good thing for great directions and a map, because even the GPS couldn't locate this place.

Last week we had a big group of us get together for some BINGO playing. IT WAS AWESOME! Neither one of us won, but hey all good times and great friends! Here are some pictures

Our Anniversary Dinner...mmmm

For our Anniversary we tried out Caffe Boa, we have been wanting to go here for a while but didn't really have a reason to go, until now. And it was SOOO GOOD! I highly recommend it.
Us with all of our food, I was so full that night, but so worth it.

This is our chef, Dusty has made me a bit of a food critic. So every time we go somewhere new I google it and like to read the reviews and what people suggest to order. I happened to be reading a review that day about Caffe Boa and found this picture of the chef. I told our waitress that it was our anniversary a few minutes later this guy comes walking out. I recognized him right away. Dusty called me a stalker, but hey we got some free food out!

We had never had Scallops before, and Dusty isn't a sea food fan but we both loved these!

Some kind of Asian soup, I guess the chef first started cooking while he was in Asia and the way people celebrate anniversaries or love...I cant remember what he said, is this soup. It was really good also

Happy Anniversary to US

This is us on Sunday at BINGO night, I know I haven't blogged forever. I will get everything updated soon..I promise! But I couldn't go today without wishing us a Happy Anniversary. NINE YEARS, this year we have a lot of changes coming up and I couldn't ask for anyone better to go through these changes with except Dusty!
