BODYPUMP: LOVE it or HATE it

BODYPUMP: is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

Yes, I love and hate BODYPUMP all at once. I started going to the 5:15 AM class on Tuesday and Thursday for the last two months. Some days 5:15 doesn't trigger my body and I just don't make the class. My friend Jeannie usually joins me, if not then at least we tried to get each other out of bed.

This comes to the reason for my post today. The class obviously has a teacher, she is loud and I love it because at 5:15 I need some noise to keep me awake. She is always yelling out names of people she knows during the class and telling them they are doing good or push it harder. I try to fly under her radar, for this exact reason. I don't want her looking at me, and if she is knowing my name and knowing that I am doing everything all wrong.

Two weeks ago Dusty moved to a new store where he ran into the teacher. She was dressed in her Body Pump gear and Dusty asked if she taught the 5:15 class. She of course said YES. He told her that I went to that same class and if she knew me. She said NO and so he gave her my name. YES MY NAME.

Needless to say I am now on the radar in class now, if I don't go she will know, if I am in the back slacking off she will know. And today she said my name about 5 times, good thing 4 out of 5 were positive or I might have walked out. So I guess my advice is in gym classes FLY UNDER THE RADAR!

Softball Game

Monday night Dusty got asked by some friends to fill in at their softball game since our friend Casey had gotten his wisdom teeth taken out and was unable to play. Casey really wanted to play but his girlfriend called the Oral Surgeon and they said he couldn't play he was pretty upset.

But Dusty got to play so he was excited. I have some friends that play softball and it seems that every week they come to work with someone else who got injured. I kept telling Dusty that it would be a great night as long as we didn't end up at Urgent Care. He didn't think that was as funny as I did until he realized that both his older brothers actually got injured playing softball, and then he started thinking the same thing about the Urgent Care.

Everything went well and we both had a great time, the weather was perfect! They won the first game and lost the second. Dusty was pretty sore but he played good, he made me PROUD!
You can hardly see Dusty but he was running to first base, this was the first of a few times he got on base, but I forgot to take pictures of the other times I was to busy taking pictures of everything else going on.
Tana our score keeper
Poor Casey, he was so sad he couldn't play he just stood outside the fence and cheered his team on.
Richard, Richard, Richard. He keeps me shaking my head every time I see him. He wears these PINK socks every time he plays.
SUPERSTITIOUS

This is random, but when I was going to the bathroom I couldn't believe how big this hole was in the door. All the doors had it and I thought it to be very odd.
Me and Jameson, he is SOOO cute. He is the best baby I have ever seen he just hangs out and watches every thing that is going on.
The Fans on our side
Oh one more of Jameson, did I tell you how cute he is? Well he is.
Casey looked so cute with his man purse.

My Valentine's

I hate going out on Valentine's Day. This year Dusty told me that he was going to make me a 7 course meal. Once he got started 7 got switched to 6 and then down to 5. That's okay because by the time we were done I was plenty happy with my 5 courses. For those of you who have never had Dusty's cooking...I am sorry. Dusty is such a great cook and comes up with things to make all the time. Random things that I would have no clue how to make. Dusty wanted me to take pictures for the blog to share with everyone of his lovely creations. THEY WERE SO GOOD!
This was our appetizer. It was cooked sour dough bread with spinach and artichoke dip
Our salad. It had diced red peppers, sliced turkey wrapped inside a lettuce leaf covered with ranch dressing
Veggie's: He grilled zucchini and squash with some butter and seasoning
Our main dish: steak fillet, with bacon and horseradish, and A1 for dipping.

Dessert: never got a picture...Dusty was done with the camera by the time we got to dessert but it was yummy also. We had vanilla bean ice cream with fresh cut strawberries and chocolate shavings.

Valentines Cookies

WOW, I really wonder how people with kids get anything done, even just a shower. Last night Becky let me watch the girlie's. I started the night with all three Teryn, Maycee, and Reece. About an hour in Becky had to come and get baby Reece, she wasn't so happy to be there. For the hour Reece was there she was not a happy camper. I really don't know how people have kids and survive, they take your full attention. Once Becky got Reece we started mixin up the cookie dough. I don't cook, and last time I tried doubling the cookie recipe I blew up the mixer REALLY it was smoking. Well I somehow forgot about that because I have a new mixer now and doubled the recipe again. Dusty came home and asked what I was doing...once I told him, he took over. We finally got some cookies made and started decorating. And if anyone knows what "Blow torch and peanut butter" means please let me know. Because that is all these two little monkeys were saying all night. Here are some pictures and the slideshow also because they wanted ALL the pictures on the blog.
I bought the girls some heart glasses for a little Valentine present so we took some pictures with our shades on.

SUPERBOWL!!!

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY....what a sad, sad day for my Dusty. Dusty was so excited for the superbowl he could hardly sleep. All day on Sunday he just kept telling me that he wished it was over all ready and the game hadn't even started! We had two parties that we had to hit by the end of the game, One at Tana's and the other at Ceaser's Casa...not to be confused with Ceaser's Palace in Vegas.
Rich made his own Cardinal's shirt....a little rough on the edges but hey that is Richard.
Kinda dark...Me and Dusty on the bottom left. You can see how we made our "OWN" stadium seating with lawn chairs and the couches! We all put on those 3-D glasses, when I took mine off I had a migraine for a day and a half.
Ceaser and his 3-D glasses, what a stud ALL THE SINGLE LADIES... I will hook you up if you want! He is a keeper.
Ceaser's HUGE projection screen...It was huge I felt like I was sitting on the front row at the movie theaters!
And the little kids playing in the street. I hardly ever see kids in the street in AZ, I had to take a picture.
